Hmm, un-order is not enough 'scientific' IMO. Maybe it can be described with the set off between data, schema and information entropy. Need some time to think this out ;)

Ah, un-order is actually order emergence, or the autonomous increase in order of an partial ordered system (with enough energy to allow for more order). Order emergence (spontaneously) decreases local information entropy.
